Located in the north of Himalayas,Zanskar range forms one of the geographical divisions of Jammu and Kashmir. In Jammu and Kashmir, this range acts as a divider between Ladakh region and the Zanskar areas. Occuping the region between Kashmir and Ladakh it scatters around 15220 sq km.
